T's Candle Factory Shipping Experience

Let's just say that at T's Candle Factory we are trying our hardest to improve our shipping experience. It is just so complicated these days to get the perfect experience. We all can agree that USPS / UPS / FedEx have been doing us small businesses dirty by flinging our packages, smashing our items and such. I have faith that they will improve and get better. I can understand that the work load just got heavier because of the small businesses that has been developed since the pandemic began but at the end of the day, the way I see it, we give these shipping companies another day or even week to be open. I'd love it if you guys can share your experiences with these shipping companies. What do you think?
